My name is Deirdre Knight and I am a small business owner established in 2010. I began this business with my Sweet Mother Shirley Jean, and her infamous sweet potato pie coupled with a big vision! Our bakery is elegant, dependable and determined to acquire and keep your business for all of your confectionary needs. We are Two Girls and A Mixer!

 

Our motto: “Bringing sweets to life, one bite at a time”, describes our mission to ensure that each one of our patrons are satisfied from the first bite, to the absolute last bite of their dessert. We are both public educators with a plethora of creativity, organization, and undying passion for bringing ideas to life. We are also natives of Alabama, mothers and grandmothers, with well over sixty collective years of cooking and baking experience. 
 

Customer service is our top priority as our business growth has primarily come from positive customer referrals with our bakery. We want to make sure that all of our clients are satisfied, without any reservations about recommending our services to their friends and family.
